Electric tool sets are primarily for homes with carpeting,
especially medium to high profile carpeting. With an
electric hose and electric carpet brush you can be assured a
deep, effective clean along with a well groomed carpet.
These sets feature an electric motor that keeps the brush
roller or agitator constantly spinning at a high speed where
an air driven or turbine carpet brush will start to slow
once on carpeting. This is because a turbine brush relies
solely on the suction of the central vacuum and does not
have an actual motor to keep the roller spinning. And in
case your wondering, all of our electric attachment sets
come with a bare floor brush so you can clean all your hard
floor surfaces. These sets also come with the needed small
tools and much more.
Air Driven/Turbine Attachment Sets
For
Homes With Low Pile Carpeting, Area Rugs & Bare Floors
Air driven tool sets are primarily for homes with area rugs
or small areas of low profile carpeting. Since these tool
sets do not offer an electric brush/motor, they are not
recommended for use on medium to high profile carpeting.
Turbine carpet brushes utilize the suction power of the
central vacuum to spin the brush roller, offering an
effective cleaning of area rugs or low profile carpeting.
All of our air driven/turbine attachment sets also come with
a bare floor brush so you can clean all your hard floor
surfaces. These sets also come with the needed small tools
and more.
Bare Floor Attachment Sets
For
Homes With Bare Floors or Hard Floor Surfaces & Some Area
Rugs
Bare floor tool sets are primarily for homes with mostly
bare floors such as wood, tile or marble. Some sets in this
section also offer a rug/floor combination tool or scalloped
rug tool for cleaning area rugs. These sets do not offer any
tools for carpeting, although the scalloped rug tool can be
used on some low profile carpeting. These sets also come
with the small tools you will need such as a crevice tool,
upholstery tool, dusting brush and more.

Straight suction tool sets are meant to cover the basics

upholstery tool & dusting brush. Nothing fancy, but capable
of cleaning homes with bare floors and area rugs.
